Lou Frangian first opened Blackburn Pharmacy in 1992. After great success in serving the Blackburn Hamlet community, Lou proceeded to open Orleans Pharmacy in 2009, Bank St. Pharmacy in 2014, and finally Donald St. Pharmacy in 2016.
As a family owned pharmacy with over 30 years of experience in the community, we continue to provide quality care with a personal touch.

We offer pick up and delivery services to best suit your needs from our 4 locations in Ottawa (Bank Street, Blackburn Hamlet, Donald Street and Orléans)
